Order Cancellation Policy

Cornerstone Academics offers both digital products and printed materials. Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once purchase is completed.

Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all digital sales are final.

Printed Materials (Print-on-Demand)

Printed books are produced on demand through our print partners.

  • Orders may only be canceled before production begins
  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation (if eligible), contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used for purchase

We cannot guarantee cancellation if production or fulfillment has already started.

Paper Coach Subscription

Paper Coach is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.

  • Billing: You are charged $12 per student when you order, and again every month on the same date. The quantity you choose is the number of students. If the price ever changes, we will email you before your next billing date.
  • Reviews: Each student adds 10 reviews per month to your family’s shared total. Reviews reset on the 1st of each month and do not carry over.
  • Review Packs: Review Packs (5 extra reviews) are one-time purchases. They never expire, are used only after your monthly reviews run out, and work only while you have an active subscription.
  • How to cancel: You can cancel at any time. Log in to your Cornerstone Academics account, go to Subscriptions, choose Paper Coach, and select Cancel. You can also email us and we will cancel it for you. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
  • After you cancel: You keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
  • Refunds: Because Paper Coach can be used right away, we do not give refunds or partial refunds for months already started, or for Review Packs that have been used. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
  • Changing the number of students: Update the quantity in your subscription, or contact us and we will change it for you. The change applies from your next billing date.
  • Missed payments: If a payment fails, we will try again and email you. If it still can’t be paid, the subscription will be cancelled and access will end.
  • About the AI: Paper Coach gives feedback using artificial intelligence. It is a writing coach, not a grader, and it can make mistakes, so it works best alongside a parent or teacher. Papers are sent to our AI provider only to create the feedback, and papers and feedback are saved on the device you use.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped
  • Orders with incorrect addresses may not be recoverable once processed
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout
