Order Cancellation Policy
Cornerstone Academics offers both digital products and printed materials. Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
Digital Products
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once purchase is completed.
Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all digital sales are final.
Printed Materials (Print-on-Demand)
Printed books are produced on demand through our print partners.
- Orders may only be canceled before production begins
- Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation (if eligible), contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- The email used for purchase
We cannot guarantee cancellation if production or fulfillment has already started.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped
- Orders with incorrect addresses may not be recoverable once processed
- Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout
