1. Use of Materials

All materials sold or provided by Cornerstone Academics are licensed for personal, household, or single-classroom use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Download and print materials for your own instructional use
  • Use materials with your own children, students, or classroom

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or reproduce materials for others
  • Upload materials to shared drives, websites, or group platforms
  • Use materials for commercial redistribution or mass copying

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

2. Digital Products

Most Cornerstone Academics products are delivered digitally. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving access to downloadable materials.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for details.

3. Printed Materials (Print-on-Demand)

Some products are offered as professionally printed books produced through third-party print partners.

By purchasing printed materials, you acknowledge that:

  • Items are printed on demand and cannot be canceled once production begins
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer
  • Orders may be fulfilled from different production facilities depending on availability
  • Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed

All print orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including stories, curriculum packets, lesson materials, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Cornerstone Academics and is protected by copyright law.

Purchase of a product grants a limited license for use and does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Correct errors in pricing or product information
